Implementasi Sistem Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi Berbasis Digital Cards di Pesantren Nurrahman Al-Burhany Purwakarta

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of the digital information system based on Digital CARDS at Nurrohman Al-Burhany Islamic Boarding School. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with administrative staff, parents/guardians of students, and students, as well as direct observation of the administrative service process at Nurrohman Al-Burhany Islamic Boarding School. Data analysis was carried out thematically, by identifying key themes that emerged from the data and linking them to relevant theories. The results showed that the implementation of Digital CARDS was not easy for parents at the beginning of implementation. Even so, CARDS has a significant positive impact. CARDS helps improve efficiency and transparency in managing boarding school administration. Parents of students are satisfied with the ease of accessing information and making payments through this digital platform. However, there are several technical constraints that need to be considered, such as difficulty in accessing for some users and the need for further training. Overall, Digital CARDS has proven effective in improving the quality of administration at the Nurrohman Al-Burhany Islamic Boarding School.
