Abstract

Children with special needs are children who have physical, intellectual, emotional and social involvement. These children experience obstacles in their development, so they are not the same as the development of their peers. This causes children with special needs to require special handling. Children who have physical limitations do not necessarily have intellectual, emotional and social limitations, they usually have physical limitations. It is not easy to know that a child is categorized as a child with special needs, so the degree and frequency of deviation from a norm is required. A child with special needs is someone who differs from the norm in such a significant way and so frequently that it impairs their success in social, personal, or educational activities. Categories of children with special needs can be described by professionals as disabled, impaired, impaired, handicapped, or exceptional.
