Optimalisasi Supervisi Pendidikan dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the optimization of educational supervision through the application of artificial intelligence (AI) to improve the quality of learning in elementary schools. A qualitative research method was used, using a case study approach, involving in-depth interviews and observations in several schools that have implemented AI technology in the supervision process. The results indicate that the application of AI not only improves the effectiveness and efficiency of supervision but also provides more objective and measurable feedback to teachers. Furthermore, AI plays a role in increasing transparency and enabling more data-driven planning for teacher professional development. However, challenges related to technological infrastructure, a lack of skilled human resources, and concerns about data privacy are obstacles that must be overcome. These findings imply that AI has great potential to revolutionize educational supervision, but its success depends on readiness and supportive policies. This study recommends training for education practitioners, strengthening technological infrastructure, and developing data privacy policies to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of AI implementation in educational supervision.
