Efektivitas Bimbingan Kelompok Teknik Modeling dalam Meningkatkan Etiquette and Manners Siswa Kelas X2 SMAN Colomadu

Ethics and manners are a set of behaviors that reflect politeness, respect for others, and the ability to interact positively in a social environment. This study was an experimental study with a one group pretest posttest design. The subjects in this study were 12 students in class X2 wha were selected by purposive sampling. The research instrument used was a questionnaire to measure the level of etiquette and manners of students before and after being given group guidance using modeling techniques. The data obtained were then analyzed using the t-test. The result was a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. The results showed that there was a significant increase in the level of etiquette and manners of students after participating in group guidance using modeling techniques. So, it could be concluded that "there is an average difference between before and after being given treatment." This meant that group guidance using modeling techniques was effective in improving the etiquette and manners of students in class X2 of SMAN Colomadu in the 2023/2024 academic year. This research is expected to contribute to the development of guidance and counseling programs in schools and can improve positive student behavior.Downloads
